Oracle Now sells digital reading content. Once a paid reading has been successfully delivered, refunds, cancellations, and convenience-based returns are generally not available except where required by law.

Oracle Now が提供する有料リーディングはデジタルコンテンツです。提供完了後は、法令上義務がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返金、キャンセル、返品には原則として応じません。

If payment succeeds but the paid content is not delivered, Oracle Now may automatically initiate a refund to the original payment method after approximately 5 minutes for Quick Reading or 15 minutes for Deep Reading.

決済完了後に有料コンテンツが提供されない場合、Quick Reading は 5 分、Deep Reading は 15 分を目安として、元の支払方法への自動返金手続きを開始することがあります。

Refund settlement timing depends on Stripe, your card issuer, and the relevant financial institution.

返金の反映時期は、Stripe、カード会社、金融機関の処理状況により異なります。

Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe's dispute process where applicable.

決済に関する紛争がある場合は、必要に応じて Stripe のチャージバックまたは異議申立て手続きで処理されることがあります。
