Oracle Now は、エンターテインメントおよび自己内省を目的としたデジタル・セルフリフレクション・リーディングです。医療、法律、金融、メンタルヘルスに関する専門助言を提供するものではありません。

本サービスの利用は 18 歳以上を対象とします。未成年者は利用できません。

支払いは Stripe Checkout を通じて処理され、当社は完全なカード番号を保持しません。詳細は Privacy Policy および 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご確認ください。

Oracle Now is an entertainment and self-reflection service. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health treatment advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oracle Now. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.

Paid features are processed by Stripe. Oracle Now does not store full payment card details.

The service delivers digital content. Once a paid reading has been successfully delivered, refunds, cancellations, and convenience returns are generally not provided except where required by law. Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe's dispute process. See our Refund Policy for the standalone disclosure.

If payment succeeds but the paid content is not delivered within 5 minutes for Quick Reading or 15 minutes for Deep Reading, Oracle Now may automatically initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refund settlement timing depends on Stripe, your card issuer, and the relevant financial institution.

Oracle Now が提供する有料リーディングはデジタルコンテンツです。提供完了後は、法令上義務がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返金には応じません。

決済完了後に有料コンテンツが提供されない状態が継続した場合、Quick Reading は 5 分、Deep Reading は 15 分を目安として、自動返金手続きを開始することがあります。

自動返金は、未提供状態の確認を前提とする保護措置です。返金完了までの所要時間は、Stripe またはカード会社の処理速度に依存します。

You are responsible for your choices and actions. Do not use Oracle Now as the sole basis for irreversible personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Reading content is provided for your personal use. You may not resell, republish, or commercialize the service content without permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including changes needed for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Oracle Now disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall first be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties. If consultation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA) in Tokyo, Japan, conducted in English.

Where arbitration is not elected or not permitted by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by posting the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by email to affected users.

Your continued use of Oracle Now after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service.
